		<description>From what I have read it looks like the legislation is specific to providing tax incentives for the installation of fire sprinkler systems when not already required by law.  I have not seen any indication that a fire retardant treatment would also qualify for the incentive.</description>

		<description>I was wondering if  NFPA 13 would come to play in this law, as it states that a fire retardant treatment of the area affected would be an exceptable alternative to sprinkler systems in a confined area. could someone please let me know
