May 17th, 2008 by Ryan J. Smith
Home fire protection doesn’t have to be just about dry fire codes and statistics.
Just take a look at how the Fresno, CA Fire Department has taken a humorous approach to communicate the very real benefits of residential fire sprinklers.

I want to commend you for the excellent educational video, all thou is short, it makes a lot of sence.
On May 24, 2008 Michael said “Great Video”, On December 9th, 2008 Sara said “That’s Funny”; in addition to their comments I agree that it is a great video, and it is funny.
Great because fire sprinklers save lifes, and prevent total distruction of your home; and funny in more than one ways because, If people would only grasp, and understand the logic behind the hummor shown in this video of having fire fighters watch your house 24 hours a day I am sure they would have them install on their house. Also very funny because it would be like a nightmare having all of them fire fighters around my house all day.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely;
HL

I commend you on a clever and entertaining video. You have brought life to the sprinkler industies saying ” like having a firefighter in your home 24 hours a day”. I’m very impressed!!
Is there anyway the Excelsior Fire District could use the video for our web site complaments of your fire department?
